WSCC S106 Paid in Relation to Southwater parish planning applications

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear West Sussex County Council,

I would like to get some information regarding S106 monies that are paid by developers for the period 2011 to date for developments in Southwater Parish Council.

To help you, there was a similar request in March 2020 made by Mr Steve Clark. I am looking for the same data but with a status as per today’s date. So it should include new planning applications, together with applications in Mr Clark’s request adjusted for any changes in status.

I would like the spreadsheet to include the following columns:-

* Agreement Number
* Planning Application Number
* District
* Parish
* Signed Date
* Location
* Proposal
* clause Description
* clause summary
* clause amount
* Amount
* Expiry Date

Specifically I would like to know the amount of s106 money that has been earmarked for Southwater past and present and when these payments will be paid.

I’m unable to find this date on line, hence my request.

Yours faithfully,

Michael Fuller

Dear Michael Fuller,

Our Ref: FOI/1824

On 13/12/2020 you made the following request for information, which has
been dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000

Request for information regarding S106 monies that are paid by developers
for the period 2011 to date for developments in Southwater Parish Council.

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds data relevant to your request.

The Response to your request is as follows:

Please find enclosed the data you've requested. There is some adjustment
to the columns from the previous FOI request in March 2020 because we have
refined the report itself slightly. However, the fundamental information
required - payments towards Southwater  parish - are included in the
report.

There may be a few more line items than the response to the previous FOI
request which only asked for data from 2013, whereas the current request
is for data from 2011.

Dear Anne Marie

Many thanks for your prompt response. There is one element that you have omitted which appeared in the previous version supplied to Mr Clarke and which I specifically requested, the expiry date. This column was previously provided on the tab “Paid but not Formally Allocated”. Can you please add this column as per my request.

Yours sincerely,

Michael Fuller
