Written approvals given by LPA to allow variation of planning conditions
Dear Powys County Council,
Vanessa Young responded to my previous request headed "Written approvals given by LPA to allow manure spreading" on 9th July 2020 by stating that the information requested was already published and available on the planning portal.
Will she now please confirm that if I were to select a single planning approval within the range quoted in the previous request which included a condition with the wording quoted in that request and look at the entry for that application on the planning portal and find no written permission for variation of that condition had been granted, I can be certain that no such permission has ever been granted?
Yours faithfully
Henry Pitcairn
