Workplace bullying
Dear Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy,
I am concerned about the workplace bullying phenomenon and, as a result, I am trying to establish the prevalence across the UK. If you hold this information, I would very much appreciate your assistance in the matter, please.
I would also appreciate it if you could break down the data by gender.
1) How many reports were made by members of the public, both employees and stating they were victims of workplace bullying?
2) Of that number, how many complaints were followed up in accordance to company procedures?
3) What are the most common form of disciplinary action in response to validated accounts of workplace bullying (verbal/written/suspension/dismissal, etc)
Thank you very much.
Yours faithfully,
April Ryan
