Under GDPR we feel it is inappropriate to release contact information of
employees to unsolicited marketing companies who have not stated that the
information used will be held in accordance with GDPR obligations

We believe that FOI is intended to be used to ensure the public sector
make information available but the nature of your request appears to be
such that it is to generate a marketing database of colleges rather than
to genuinely raise matters of public interest.  Until you confirm the use
and who you will share this data with we are unable to respond

which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
