Dear Xaverian College,

Act 2000.
The response to my request is long overdue. By law, under all
circumstances, you should have responded by now.
In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining my query as
specifically as possible.
Please can you provide information on the following:

1. Does your organisation use a Learning Management System and e-learning
provision for employee / staff training?

The College uses Educare to provide some on-line training.

2. If no, are there ongoing plans to purchase a Learning Management System
and e-learning provision for employee training in the near future?
Not Applicable

3. What is the name of the Learning Management System (product name) and
which company is it purchased from?

Educare

4. Provide brief information of the current e-learning courses that are
used in employee training.

Health and Safety, Child Protection & GDPR are mandatory training sessions
this year.

5. Who provides the e-learning courses that are used in employee training?

Educare

6. Provide the development themes of the eLearning courses that are used
in employee training (i.e. Compliance, Safeguarding, etc.)

Safeguarding is the main theme but compliance from GDPR perspective has
been prioritised this year.

7. Value of the current contract, date of commencement and date of expiry.

The contract is annual.  I will not divulge the price as that is
commercially sensitive data.

8. Who is responsible for ensuring the LMS and e-learning provision meets
the local authorities training requirements?

We are not part of the local authority remit as we are a sixth form
college, funded directly from Government.  Our training provision and
requirements are internally set but keep in mind the need to meet our
safeguarding and compliance needs with respect to, say, OfSted.

9. Can you please provide your current organisational structure for the
college.

Attached – not yet finalised for 2018/19.
