I write further to your Freedom of Information request, as set out below. Please see our responses as follows, set out against your original questions:

1. Does the Trust provide onsite accommodation for substantive staff? No

2. Does the Trust provide onsite accommodation for temporary staff who require overnight accommodation to execute their duties? No

3. Where Trust accommodation is not available where does the Trust advise staff to book outsourced accommodation? They have a range of options. There is short and longer-term accommodation available behind the hospital site which is managed by Norlife Services Ltd, but some staff members prefer to source accommodation in the community.

4. Does the Trust hold any existing relationships with accommodation providers and if so, please name those providers that you use? No. The freehold of the accommodation site behind the building is owner by the Trust, but Norlife holds the property on a 150 year lease and the Trust has no involvement in this.

5. How much does outsourced accommodation cost either the Trust or the staff member using it? Information not held - for Norlife prices please contact them directly or see their website.

6. On average how many workers per week use overnight accommodation and what is the average length of booking (please answer using data from financial year 2019/20)? Information not held
