Dear FOI,
RE: 6240774
I am greatful for you directing myself to the housing rights website. However, I am unsure as to where I find the information.
In line with Sec. 16 of the act, could you please provide assistance and highlight the specific pages of where I would find this information?
The "Housing Advice Team" at Stratford on Avon District Council also appear to be unable to find the information - therefore, as I do not deal with this matter on a daily basis, unlike the Housing Advice Team, I am sure you could understand that I would appreciate that little bit more help.
Yours sincerely,
Wayne Pearsall

i) a copy of information you store which outlines the
elegibility of a person who's status in the UK stands as "Family Member of
an EEA National" within the meaning of the Immigration (European Economic
Area) Regulations 2006 to receive housing assistance.
Answer: A definition of eligibility to receive housing assistance can be
found in the relevant legislation, it is not information which the Council
stores.
ii) family members of EEA Nationals who hold the status
of "Worker" / "Self Employed" and not "Self Sufficient" or "Job Seeker".
Please provide the following information:
Elegibility to apply for housing in their own right.
There may be family members of EEA Nationals who hold the status of
"Worker" / "Self Employed" who are currently registered as applicants on
Home Choice Plus, but it is not possible to identify them. Data is held
for applicants, not for family members.
Elegibility to be named on tenancy agreements
Answer: This information could only be deduced by analysing all lettings
made in a particular period. The enquiry does not specify a period for
analysis. Due to the form in which lettings data is recorded, extensive
further analysis of our records would be required to identify any lettings
made to EEA nationals who hold the status of "Worker" / "Self Employed".
Data is held for tenants, not for family members.
Elegibility to receive homeless assistance.
Answer: The enquiry does not specify a period for analysis. Due to the
form in which homelessness data is recorded, extensive further analysis of
our records would be required to identify EEA nationals who hold the
status of "Worker" / "Self Employed". Data is held on applicants, not
family members.
Dear Worcester City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Worcester City Council's handling of my FOI request 'WORC - Housing Rights - EEA Family'.
6240774
Sorry. You've still not responded to my request correctly. I suggest your authority review my same request to Birmingham City council
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/b...
again. I am certain you hold information in regards to this matter.
At the very least you would hold the government guidance code of practice for homelessness 1996 which is certainly relevant information.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...
Yours faithfully,
Wayne Pearsall
