Dear Hartlepool Council,

I'd like to request the reasons behind former Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Greg Clark's decision to intervene against the building of wind turbines at Tofts Road, Graythorp Industrial Estate, and Brenda Road on 3rd November 2015. I'd like to request any coresspondence between Hartlepool Council and Greg Clark during and after this decision.

Hartlepool Borough Council has not entered into any direct communication
with Greg Clark in relation to wind turbines at Tofts Farm, Graythorp and
Brenda Road.  We have had contact with the National Planning Casework Unit
on this matter with documentation available on the Council’s online
planning systems

documents of particular relevance to the call in:
