1) The date, time and location of the June 2011 meeting between officers of the Charities Commission and Oldham Councillor Phillip Harrison in respect of the above matter.

2) Please provide any minutes of the above meeting, any notes taken at the meeting or simply the "jist" of what was exchanged.

3) please provide the details of the Charity Commission employees who attended the meeting and name the person or post of Charity Commission officer who made any subsequent decision in respect of the above.

I can confirm that we have considered your request for information in
accordance with the Freedom of Information Act. We are satisfied that we
are able to provide all of the information you have requested.

 

Please find attached a copy of the minutes of the meeting that was held
between the Charity Commission, Councillor Harrison and other parties at
1pm on 10 June 2011 at the Civic Centre, Oldham. You will note from the
minutes that I was the only employee of the Commission who attended the
meeting. I am a Case Manager within the Commission’s Liverpool Operations
team and was responsible for any subsequent decisions that were made by
the Commission regarding this matter.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to request a review of our decision.  Such requests should be
submitted within three months of the date of receipt of the response to
your original letter and should be addressed to:  First Contact, PO Box
1227, Liverpool, L69 3UG ([email address]).

 

If after this you remain unhappy with the decision, you may apply directly
to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. Generally, the ICO
cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted our complaints procedure.
