Dear Office of the Chief Executive,
We are still awaiting the Mayor of Liverpool to explain this, so is he back from his holidays and if so please remind him he has real work to do, to address this and sort out the mess in the city.
We have big problems at the paramount building over on London Rd, with rubbish and fat rats, the roof and the sides of this building need to be looked into, then over at Fox Street block D is wrapped in plywood.

Then these are Pall Mall, a dump, move on to Chinatown, another dump, with no cash flow to even buy the workers a cup of tea, oh what workers?
Then the Mayor would need to go to "Leeds St" in Vauxhall to see the magic "Metalworks" a part of his mate, Mr Garcia who seems to be in hiding like his other mate, Gary Howard of Fox Street Village.

Have you got this now?
Get a grip and get to work we are ratepayers are fed up with this.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Jacobs
