LOGICALIS (main contractor for the PSBA network in Wales)
iii) What is the length of your contract with your WAN supplier? Out Of
Contract

In the process of re-procuring WAN services through WAG PSBA framework.
If you are unhappy with the way the Council has handled your request, you
may ask for an internal review. You should contact Gwenan Parry, Head of
Customer Care, Gwynedd Council, Caernarfon if you wish to complain.
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
