John Hansen made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Hertfordshire County Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Gwrthodwyd y cais gan Hertfordshire County Council.

Dear Hertfordshire County Council,

Following the FOIR that produced this document I have a further request;
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/1...

The line in the document reading - "Wheathampstead has an existing 2.5FE of primary provision and Redbourn has existing 2FE primary provision. CSF indicated that these settlements would not alone have the capacity to generate enough secondary school pupils in the future for a new secondary school."

Please can I have all information prior to the above meeting on the 26th April 2010 concerning:
- What Discussions and communication have taken place within HCC about excluding Wheathampstead and Redbourn from a search for new secondary school sites?
- What objective data was used to support this decision?

Further please can you confirm that each individual redacted name (particularly of public servants and decision makers) is not already in the public domain in any form?

Yours faithfully,

John Hansen

Dear Hertfordshire County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Hertfordshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Why was Wheathampstead and Redbourn excluded from the Secondary School Site Survey'.

1) Planning Officers are most certainly in the public domain so their names and details should not be redacted

2) Although you have provided information that is background there is no evidence whatsoever to support this decision in fact it could be argued the opposite is true.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/w...

Yours faithfully,

John Hansen
