Dear Western Power Distribution,

It appears you are continuing your disruptive roadworks at London Road in Wellingborough into early September. I'm concerned about the congestion and pollution being caused by the works, which you describe as "essential", yet in my observations, are not being worked on any substantial commitment.

I would like to know what the working hours are on these roadworks, why they seem to end before 5:30pm. what the staffing levels are, and why no work is being carried out at weekends.
