Why are female Judges allowed in contradiction of the Oath of office?

The request was partially successful.

Dear Supreme Court of the United Kingdom,

If Court Judges are under an Oath of God could you please explain to me why the Sanctum is contradicted by allowing Female Judges?

1 Timothy 2:11-12

King James Version (KJV)

12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

Yours faithfully,

Stuart

It's very interesting that this article should today appear in The Law Gazette given the above!

"The law has a neutral view of religious belief, the president of the Family Division said today, stressing the secular nature of the judges’ job."
