Who holds contingency data for heat waves
Dear Greater Manchester Combined Authority,
In the light of last weeks heat, I'm writing to identify who is responsible for the creation and maintaince of a list of air conditioned sites for use by people at elevated risk in the event of a heat wave. A number of candidates spring to mind - NHS, Fire, Police. I'm guessing you will know!
Yours faithfully,
John Davidson
