Could you please inform me, which two services raised complaints against SSSFT in 2013 and 2015?
What did those complaints refer to, what was the nature of the complaints?

Thank you for your email dated 23 January which we will be treating as an
enquiry as opposed to a request for information under the Freedom of
When we receive a complaint, we can choose how to proceed. We can open a
formal investigation or choose to engage informally to understand the
relevant issues. Informal engagement is usually quicker and less
burdensome. After doing so, we may decide to take no action, or to address
any problem we identify.
We want complainants to be able to approach us confidentially, initially,
and only to go public if necessary. Therefore we are unable to provide you
with the exact details of each complaint. However, I can confirm that
in 2013 we received a call from an individual representing a company
expressing some concerns about South Staffordshire and Shropshire
Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (SSSFT). We asked for more information and
did not receive anything.
In 2015 an organisation complained to us about the conduct of SSSFT in
regards to a particular service.
I appreciate this may not be the response you were hoping for, but I hope
it goes some way to answering your enquiry.
