When was ATOS SE. given the contracts to cover all IT /ASSESSMENTS & SECURITY?

taryn taylor made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Work and Pensions This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department for Work and Pensions should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Under the FOI act , please can you answer the following & supply the relevant papers for;-

When was ATOS SE. given the contracts to cover ALL , IT /ASSESSMENTS & SECURITY?
ATOS SE. is a european company based in France(with many subsidiaries). They state on their website, that they can SAVE monies for governments & businesses.
Who instigated all of this ( ie. whose idea, which government & which person?)
When were these contracts discussed? When were the contracts agreed? When were the contracts signed for? And please detail what they cover & their content (details)? How long is the contract for? When will it be reviewed?
Please itemise each contract separately IT and ALL of the various ASSESSMENTS for all of your departments . And finally for SECURITY ( which I will assume covers your department for investigating BENEFIT FRAUD?)
And please enclose a copy of the "CONSENT FORM ", that I have never had or signed . Which authorises you to sell my information to a third party?

Yours faithfully,

taryn taylor

Dear [email address] on behalf of DWP Commercial Directorate FoI,

Dear DWP
Firstly , the standard dismissive reply received by download is a waste of time. You could have just typed that up in a normal reply?
Secondly, you seem to think that none of the questions relating to my FOI requests, did not apply to your dept.? Well the last question does , so I would appreciate a reply to that please.
I do not know whether it was intentional or not? But you skipped over to whom I should write to? As you may see from my various FOI requests. I am trying to cover all bases ( ie;depts).in the hope that at least one department would know the FACTS?!!
So therefore, please answer to whom I should address & please answer the last question. I await your earliest reply. Many thanks.
NB: it is not necessary to keep wasting the taxpayers money , by evading simple questions.
Yours sincerely,

taryn taylor
