3. If the Wheelchair Service is provided by a contracted-out organisation, is the contract combined with another service such as Prosthetics or Community Equipment? If so, please list the other services.
4. Is the Wheelchair Service named above providing a service only to your CCG, or does it also provide the service to other CCGs? If yes, please list the other CCGs you share this Wheelchair Service with.
5. What is the per annum spend in the last financial year for the Wheelchair Service?
6. Please state the dates of the last financial year for the above question.
7. When does the current contract expire (not including potential contract extensions)?
8. What is the number of population covered by the Wheelchair Service?
9. How many registered service users are served by the Wheelchair Service?
10. If contracted out, when was the Wheelchair Service last tendered?
11. If the Wheelchair Service is provided by an NHS organisation, when will the Wheelchair Service be tendered?
12. If the Wheelchair Service is provided by and NHS organisation, is the Repair and Maintenance element of the service in-house or contracted out to a 3rd party Approved Repairer?

You requested information, as outlined below.

 

The Act allows 20 working days for us to respond to your request so you
can expect a response by 27 October 2017.  We will of course make every
effort to respond sooner if possible. A fee may be charged to cover
postage and photocopying costs.

 

You should also be aware that the Act does allow, in certain cases, for
the 20 working day time period to be extended. We will notify you as soon
as possible if there is a need to extend the time limit for responding to
your request.

With regards to your recent request for information, made under the
Freedom of Information Act, please find attached a response from EPUT.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the response you have received, you have the
right to request a review of our decision or make a complaint about how
your request has been handled.  Your request should be made within 2
months of receipt of this letter and we will reply within 20 working days
of receipt.  Any such request received after 2 months will only be
considered at the discretion of the organisation.

 

If our decision is unchanged following a review and you remain
dissatisfied with this, you then have the right to make a formal complaint
