Weston Point Incinerator
Dear Halton Borough Council,
Is Halton Unitary Authority Community Health Department monitoring the number of hazardous particles of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin, polychlorinated dibenzofurans, polychlorinated dibenzo-para-dioxins and any other health hazard in the ranges of PM 10s, PM 2.5s, PM 0.1s. That is airborne from the incinerator at Weston Point. Can you supply the distance collection filters are installed distance between radii and number of filter at each radius.
As quoted by the Environment Agency:
Monitoring of public health and air quality is outside of the remit of the Environment Agency. It rests with local authorities and their agents.

With regard to the request for air quality monitoring in the Weston area
of the Borough a station is located at grid reference SJ350762 380928. The
monitor measures PM10, PM2.5, nitrogen dioxide and dioxins.
