West India Dock
Dear Canal & River Trust,
Please can you advise whether any of the nearby freeholders/developments that surround West India Docks, South Middle and North, have any responsibility for maintaining the dockside areas adjacent to their developments?
How frequently does the C&RT inspect the dockside walkways to ensure they are maintained correctly and there are no missing bricks/trip hazards?
The Land Registry does not hold any plans to identify what land surrounding the dockside the C&RT are freeholders of.
Can the C&RT provide a map/plan to identify the land they are responsible for?
Yours faithfully,
Ralph Hardwick

Good Morning Mr Hardwick,
Just to clarify your request below are you after a plan of the land and water space or just the land?
Kind Regards
