Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Public Health Scotland,
I would like to know (in detail, following the publication of summary results at https://beta.isdscotland.org/find-public... on 6 June 2021) how many people have died within 28 days of vaccination for SARS-CoV-2.

I would like this data broken down by week and age groups that match the vaccination age groups. I would also like to know which vaccine was used in each case (Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Moderna), and which doses were administered (dose 1, or dose 1 and 2).

I would like the age groups to match the currently reported vaccination
age groups on the NHS OpenData website i.e.
16-29 years, 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

An ideal format would be as a .csv file with the following columns:
Date (week beginning), Age Group, Weekly deaths (both types and doses), Post-Pfizer deaths, Post-AZ deaths, Post-Moderna deaths, Received Dose 1 deaths, Received Dose 1 and 2 deaths.

A date format of YYYYmmdd would be fine.

Yours faithfully,

Steven Hammer
