Dear West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

Please can you provide the following information for the two post code areas SY11 1 and SY11 2 for the past 4 weekends between the hours of 2100 Saturday and 0400 Sunday:

- Total number of 999 calls received grouped by chief complaint/descriptor
- Total number of 999 calls ambulances dispatched
- Total number of 999 calls CFRs dispatched
- Total number of patients transported to hospital
- Total number of patients refusing treatment by ambulance crew
- Average ambulance response time for each call category (Category 1, 2, 3 and 4)
- Total number of 111 calls received grouped by chief complaint/descriptor
- Out of the above 111 calls, how many required an emergency ambulance attendance

If possible, please provide the information separately for each post code area (SY11 1 and SY11 2) and each weekend separately (between the hours of 2100 Saturday and 0400 Sunday).
