Dear Madam

Thank you for your FOI request received into the Trust on 28^th June 2011.

I can now provide you with the following information.

o Date of the next tender for the "Collection and Disposal of WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and Batteries.

The spend falls below the £10k financial threshold therefore this has
never been formally tendered. The Trust currently uses several
contractors for the collection of WEEE Waste.

Certain types of WEEE waste, including household batteries are a free of
charge service

o Also a copy of the previous successful tender for the collection
and disposal of WEEE.

There is no tender spec available as this service has not been out to
formal tender.

I hope this information satisfies your requirements.
