Dear Claire,

As a member of SWaMP, the Council's contract for the collection and
recycling of WEEE started 1st Jan 2010 for period of two years and three
months with option of 6 months extension up to 31st March 2015.

It is not possible to provide the second item as the information requested
is commercially confidential to the bidder. Section 43 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 applies, and the tender response is therefore exempt
from the right of access to information under the Act. This is because
release of the tender response would involve the release of trade secrets,
and is also likely to prejudice the commercial interests of the bidder.
If you wish you can contact ERP/Geodis for further information.
