Dear Mr Dobson

I refer to your request for information, received at RQIA on 15 February, which has been processed under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act (2000).

I can advise that RQIA does not hold the information you seek in the format requested. I have, however attached a list of websites, which were recorded during the period specified, along with the total number of times the site was recorded. Please note that the system that RQIA has in place for monitoring web usage records every URL displayed on a webpage as a visit, even if the site itself is not accessed. Therefore any figures are not a true representation of the number of websites actually visited.

I would further add that the time required to collate the information needed to respond to this part of your request has already exceeded the statutory limit of 18 hours set out under Section 12(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

With reference to your request seeking a copy of RQIA's ICT Acceptable Use Policy, please find the relevant document, attached.

If you are dissatisfied with RQIA's response to your application for information, every applicant is entitled to request an independent internal review. To request an independent internal review, you should reply by return email, or write to the following address, stating precisely what you are requesting to be reviewed:

Information Governance & Records Manager
Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority
9th Floor, Riverside Tower
5 Lanyon Place
Belfast
BT1 3BT

RQIA will have up to 20 working days to convene an internal review panel, make a decision independent of the original decision, and communicate this to you.

If you remain dissatisfied following the result of this internal review, you can also contact the ICO for a decision at:

Information Commissioner's Office
51 Adelaide Street
Belfast
BT2 BFE

Sincerely,
Alan McCracken

Information Governance & Records Manager, RQIA
