Dear Blaby District Council,

I would like to be provided with information pertaining to your website design and the costs associated with this.

1. What was the cost of the design and build of the current blaby.gov.uk website paid to the Headland Design Agency (Headland Multimedia)?
2. What was the tendering process to award to Headland and on what basis was it scored was it a split on quality to cost if so what were the %'s for quality and cost?
3. What are the annual hosting costs for the website?
4. What is the annual support costs for maintenance of the website if any?
5. What is the continued spend on the design of the website with the aforementioned agency or is it sufficiently low code enough to carry out work in house?

1. What was the cost of the design and build of the current blaby.gov.uk website paid to the Headland Design Agency (Headland Multimedia)? £16,000 design. £33,000 Set up of CMS. deployment and configuration
2. What was the tendering process to award to Headland and on what basis was it scored was it a split on quality to cost if so what were the %'s for quality and cost? The contracts were awarded under 'Request for Quotation'. 60% quality and 40% price
3. What are the annual hosting costs for the website? Hosting is arranged in-house and costs approximately £2,500
4. What is the annual support costs for maintenance of the website if any? £2,750
5. What is the continued spend on the design of the website with the aforementioned agency or is it sufficiently low code enough to carry out work in house? Nil.
