Dear Mr Ravage,

Further to your recent emails concerning your outstanding request for
information under the Freedom of Information Act.

We are writing to advise you that the time limit for responding to your
request for information needs to be extended. Whilst the Act allows us 20
working days to respond to your request from the date of its receipt, it
is occasionally necessary to extend the time limit for issuing a response.
In this case, I regret that we have had to extend the time limit for
responding by a further 10 days.

For clarity, this will extend the date of response to 15^th January 2021,
however we have informed colleagues of the importance of a quick release
of the information and we will endeavour to provide you with a response
prior to this date.

We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused by this unavoidable
delay.

Kind regards

Information Governance Team
