Thank you for your enquiry.

 

I can confirm every meter is tested by the manufacturer prior to leaving
the factory, each meter is designed to the same agreed specification.

 

A water meter that is installed under our Change of Occupier policy is
mandatory if able to be put outside in the public footpath.

 

Once the water meter is installed, it cannot be removed as it is our
company property.

2. If water meters are not mandatory, and this was not confirmed by you, and a water meter was installed - can the said water meter be taken out for misrepresentation?

Yes, water meters are mandatory if you have been picked up under our
Change of Occupier policy.

Once a water meter is installed, it cannot be removed.
