Under the EIRs and FOI legislation, HS2 Ltd have a legal requirement to respond promptly, and within 20 working days.

Might I remind the FOI department at HS2 Ltd that the requirement to respond promptly and the requirement to respond within 20 days are separate requirements under OCI guidance.

I hope that any future requests are dealt with more promptly as per the guidance.
