Waste contract targets

Aberdeenshire Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Aberdeenshire Council,

The Councils Contact for the treatment and disposal of residual waste has the following contract targets: maximum of 5% of waste landfilled by 2025, with interim targets of 56% by 2010, 36% by 2013 and 15% by 2020.

The tonnage stated at the commencement of the contact was 106,000 tonnes

Can you please provide me with details of the contractor’s performance in respect of these targets?

Yours faithfully,

Jack Clark
