Warrants for arrest not been shown at peoples addresses and due process of law not followed.

The request was refused by West Mercia Police.

Dear Chief Inspector Anthony BAGHAM,

It has come to my attention that your police officers are not following due process of law, take for instance not showing warrants for arrests, why is the case ?

Why are your police officers stating that warrants for arrest will be shown to people in custody, but never shown ?

Why are custody staff and police saying warrants for arrest will be shown in court, when they are not shown ?

It has always been the remit of police to show arrest warrants at peoples addresses, why are police officers not following the remit of the law (ignorance of the law is no excuse) ?

Why Mr Anthony BAGHAM are you dishonoring the Uniform Commercial Code contract you accepted in 2016 from me, (i have proof of delivery) ?

Why are affidavits of truth being ignored by police and magistrates courts and by who's authority ?

Why is no translator available to decipher legalese from the Oxford Styles dictionary that is regularly used by custody solicitor staff and courts, the legal profession to litigant men/women in court hearings when it is part of the affidavit of truth ?

Legalese is not our usual spoken English tongue/language Mr Anthony BAGHAM, why is the legal profession and police misleading commoners daily on documents and spoken to litigant men/women?

kind regards,

peter danby & associates
