Yn disgwyl am adolygiad mewnol gan Thames Valley Police o'u triniaeth o'r cais hwn.

Dear Thames Valley Police,

Buckinghamshire County Council have just leased a plot of land to HS2, with the express aim that HS2 evict the Wendover Active Resistance protest camp from there. The Council decision, which is of very questionable legality at best, was informed by a report from Thames Valley Police regarding allegations of violence at or emanating from that camp. I believe there have been no arrests, charges, prosecutions or convictions to that effect at the camp or vicinity.
The report obviously carries massive public interest.
Please show me the report in full sent to Buckinghamshire County Council.

Yours faithfully,

Marrk Keir

Public Access TV,

Good afternoon,

I refer to your email dated 13 October.  Our FOI response to your request
outlines that you have a period of 2 months to appeal.  Due to this period
being exceeded some time ago, we are not required to consider this case as
an appeal under the Act.   You are entitled to refer this matter to the
Information Commissioner.

Kind regards

Dear Public Access TV,

That is the most ridiculous response imaginable. The original request was made in September, I hardly see how a request for review in October could possibly be 2 months out of time. Please return or set this before the Information Commissioner immediately.

Yours sincerely,

Marrk Keir

Public Access TV,

Dear Mr Keir,

Your original email asking for a review was received by Thames Valley was
received on 13^th October, on this date there was only one FOI response
that had been disclosed to you which was under reference HQ/PA/1279/21 –
this was emailed you to you on 20^th April 2021. Therefore the review
cannot be conducted on this FOI as the 2 month period has been exceeded
and we are not required to consider this case as an appeal under the Act

There were 3 other FOI’s which were currently open and being dealt with on
13^th October, therefore a review could not be carried out on these 3
requests as the final response was not disclosed to you until 25^th
October, the below references refer:

HQ/PA/4349/21

HQ/PA/4350/21

HQ/PA/4351/21

If you remain dissatisfied with this explanation please refer your
concerns to the Information Commissioner.

Regards,
