Dear Wakefield City Council,

I wish to be informed whether
a) the Local Authority holds the information as described,
b) if that is the case, to have access to that information.

1. The name and contact details including an email address of the Local Authority Director of Children’s Services;
2. The name and contact details including an email address of the Local Authority Portfolio Holder for Learning & Education;
3. The dates and planned dates since 1st July 2014 of any subgroup or committee or working party that’s business concerns or has concerned the school admission of summer born children and / or summer born children in general;
4. The dates and planned dates since 1st July 2014 of any subgroup or committee or working party that’s business concerned the Department for Education’s advice on the admission of summer born children and / or paragraph 2.17 – 2.17B of the School Admissions Code;
5. The agenda, papers and minutes of any meeting identified in points 1, 4 and 5 above;
6. All records since 19th December 2014 of any consultation between the Local Authority and any other Local Authorities concerning summer born school admissions including, but not limited to phone calls and correspondence (including but not limited to email).
7. All correspondence since 19th December 2014 concerning summer born school admissions between the Local Authority and the Department for Education.

Regarding question 2, if you could provide information for both the political portfolio holder and the officer with lead responsibility that would be useful.

I have noticed an error in my question 5; it should read "..points 3, 4 and 5 above..." and not "...points 1, 4 and 5 above..."
