VRTB Results
Dear Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government,
I have a few questions about the Midland VRTB pilot.
1. What type of random generator software was used to pick the ballot results, who is the supplier/manufacturer?
2. How was the ballot run in the random software, how were the applicants entered? as the ballot was given out on 4 x different times, where the results done by region in Midlands?
3. In total how many ballot applications were registered in the midlands pilot?
4. Many many registrations were successful and many were unsuccessful?
5. Please break down registrations were successful and many were unsuccessful per region of the Midlands pilot?
6. Please break down registrations were successful and many were unsuccessful per region and housing association of the Midlands pilot?
7. What is the average age and housing association tenancy term of the ballot applications?
8. who decided on such tight deadlines for completing the steps to purchase which would lead to application cancelled if a step missed the deadline.
9. who decided after 2020 the Midlands pilot would be reviewed? This means any further VRTB rollouts mean less time for new or unsuccessful Midlands pilot applicants to obtain a mortgage, I mean you are in your 40's or 50's the years of work are getting less so a reduced time for a mortgage is going to be allowed.
Yours faithfully,
keith lisle
