Dear Judicial Office for England and Wales,

Since the inception of VISOR how many persons have been placed on the register who ARE NOT sex offenders.
Visor was meant as a means to monitor violent persons as well as sex offenders as a 'sop' to Europe who said that the SOR was discriminatory, however in every Court case I read there is no mention of referral to the register for Violent non sex offenders, as in the recent high profile case of Trevor Timon?

Yours faithfully,

I received a bland statistical answer that did not differentiate between sex offenders and violent persons.

it referred to level 2 offenders and I don't have a clue what this means and their interpretation of ViSOR is not what EU intended if I am right.

I will make further enquiries and then follow this up
