Liverpool City Council please reveal over the past 12 months the total amount of visits that Mr. D. Hatton has made into the Cunard building there must be a log of this, and did he visit the commercial property office?

On a number of visits a car (DHEFC) was parked outside the Cunard building and has been seen getting parking tickets, did the council pay for these tickets for or on behalf of Mr. Hatton?
