Dear Elton Sanders,

 

I refer to your request below REF No MDC/FOI/003828 received on 31 October
19.

 

Your request for information has now been considered and I can confirm, in
accordance with s.1 (1)(a) of the FOIA, that the Council does hold the
information you have requested and can respond as follows:

 

The Council does record details in a book for visitors, contractors and
staff from other sites attending its offices at the Civic Centre. All
details are currently kept for 6 months and then destroyed.  The refills
for the visitor book cost £199/1000 passes. This book contains
GDPR-compliant discreet sheets which record the following details:

 

·         Date

·         Visitors

·         Host name

·         Visitors company

·         Vehicle registration

·         Signature

·         Time

·         Pass number

·         Time out

·         Pass returned

 

 

Most of the information that we provide in response to Freedom of
Information requests will be subject to copyright protection.  In most
cases the copyright will be owned by Mansfield District Council. The
copyright in other information may be owned by another person or
organisation, and this will be indicated on the information itself.

 

You are free to use any information supplied for your own non-commercial
