Dear Greater Manchester Police,

Please could you provide the total number of vehicles seized on or from owners on local authority (Council owned) land in Bury, Greater Manchester by year for the previous 10 years (from 2008 through to 2018 year to date).

Of the vehicle seizures identified above, could you please further confirm, by year (from 2008 through to 2018 year to date):
1. The total number of vehicles seized under s59 of the Police Reform Act 2002.
2. The total number of vehicles seized under any other legislation.

Where vehicle seizures have been made under any other pieces of legislation, could you please list the name of the relevant legislation including the year and section used (e.g. Police Reform Act 2002, s59).

Regarding location of these vehicle seizures, could you please further confirm, by year (from 2008 through to 2018 year to date):
1. The total number of vehicles seized from owners on the local authority land at Elton Vale, Bury, Greater Manchester (off Elton Vale Road, adjacent to Elton Vale Sports Club, Bury, Greater Manchester).
2. The total number of vehicles seized from owners at Whitehead Park, Bury, Greater Manchester.
3. The total number of vehicles seized from owners at King George V Playing Fields, Bury, Greater Manchester.
