Re. FOI 4103

Further to my e-mail below, can you confirm that the year spans you have requested are calendar years (as opposed to financial years)?

Until the Trust receives clarification from your good self, the timescale for disclosure has paused and shall reset once in receipt of clarification.

Good morning Robert,

Re. FOI 4013

I hope this e-mail finds you well.

Further to my earlier correspondence, I wonder if I could trouble you for
clarification surrounding your question 5 – namely ‘high dependency’
duties.

The Trust has pulled the relevant data however what is provided is
dependent on how you would term ‘high dependency’. For example, the Trust
has subcontracted low acuity transport known as LAT which tends to be more
nearer the duties of a non-emergency patient transport (“NEPTS”) and then
other ambulances attending the lowest category of call (currently Category
4) etc. on behalf of the Trust.

As soon as I hear back from your good self, I shall be able to respond
accordingly.

Many thanks,
