Gwrthodwyd y cais gan Western Power Distribution.

Dear Western Power Distribution,

I am a leaseholder at Oxwich Leisure Park, Swansea SA3 1LS.

In 2012 the landlord issued a memo to all leasholders stating that the 40 amp fuses were to be ungraded to 60 amps.

Was this change notified and the connection agreed varied accordingly?

The landlord has informed me in writing the fuses are 40 amps. My electrician confirms the fuse is 60 amps.

If the licence exempt distributor and licence exempt supplier fail in their statutory duties are the leaseholders owed a duty of care if you have been informed of irregularities?

Yours faithfully,

Chris Jones

Dear Western Power Distribution,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Western Power Distribution's handling of my FOI request 'Variation of licence exempt distributor's fuses'.

Does the WPD connection agreement with Oxwich Leisure Park Limited - state 90+ properties with 60 amp fuse or 40 amp.

Was this change notified to WPD?

Is this not a breach of your statutory obligations. to have a current connection agreement reflecting the consumer properties supplied (90 plus 2 bed properties).

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/va...

Yours faithfully,

Chris Jones
