1) how many applicants scored an average of 16 or more across all four behaviours and
scored an average of 8 or more across all for strengths
- of these how many came from the BAME community

2) how many of these were unsuccessful as they scored a 3 or less for one or more
behaviours and/or scored 2 or less for a behaviour
- of these how many were internal applicants
- of those who were unsuccessful - as in 2) came from the BAME community
Some parts of DWP use an average score. This will help me understand if an average score is a better approach. If you do not have this information. Could you send me what you have so that I can determine this for myself.
