Please may you confirm:
i) Whether you operate and pay for a UTC/UTMC system within your authority and, if not, which authority has responsibility for this in your area

If you do, please may you provide:
ii) Vendors and contract start/end dates for your current UTC system and UTMC system
iii) Other tools used in day-to-day network management (e.g. OneNetwork, Twitter and CCTV monitoring systems)
