Dear University of Sussex,

Please could I request an internal review of my request? Please note that if this is refused I will forward this to the ICO who have decided in my favour for every request for other Universities' responses to UUK consultations on the USS. Previous responses to my FOIs have raised the exemptions you cite, but the ICO has agreed that they clearly do not meet the public interest test for withholding given the public interest in the USS.

I have written at length why these exemptions are not tenable, please see my responses to other institutions on www.whatdotheyknow.com for more detail, or I'd be happy to send them directly to you. Or you could just follow the lead of Oxford, Bristol, and many other institutions and publish your response on a public website.

Yours sincerely,

Neil Davies
