Donna Dallaway,

Dear Mr Lee

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000

Further to my acknowledgement of 16 September 2014, the Trust has reviewed
your request and is now able to respond as follows:

Request:

I would like to request that you provide the following information under
the Freedom of Information Act:

How many of each of the following AHP professionals did you have working
on a temporary (agency) basis on 1st September 2014?

-              Dieticians

-              Occupational Therapists

-              Physiotherapists

-              Speech and Language therapists

-              Imaging Professionals (e.g. Mammographers, Radiographers,
Sonographers)

Please provide the number of agency workers in each of the 5 individual
categories.

Response:

We had 4 Agency Sonographers.  For all of the other categories you have
mentioned it would be nil.  Birmingham Women's NHS Foundation Trust is a
specialist Trust and, as the name suggests, primarily a Women's Hospital.
We provide Maternity, Gynaecology Obstetric and Neonatal services only,
along with related services in the fields of Genetics and Fertility.

I trust that the above is helpful. If however, you wish to complain about
the handling of your request or the content of this reply, please do not
hesitate to contact me again and I will try to assist further.  It would
be helpful if you could explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction and
quote the above reference. Should local resolution fail, you may request
an independent internal review and ultimately you may appeal to the
Information Commissioner's Office at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow,
Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

Yours sincerely
