I am seeking the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA):

(1) any briefing notes, reports, plans, evaluations, summaries, or minutes;

(2) any training manuals, policies or staff educational materials;

(3) any data protection impact assessments or equality impact assessments; and

(4) any contracts,

concerning the development, procurement or use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics or automated systems to receive requests for or conduct education, health and care needs assessments, or to produce or review education, health and care plans, for the purposes of the Children and Families Act 2014.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in s.12 FOIA, please provide advice and assistance as to how I can refine my request, as required under s.16 FOIA.

The value of this element was £60k setup plus £20k a year support and
