Dear Aileen,

Thank you for the response but it contains the same information as the response I received to this July 2019 request: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/j...

The data provided again here is inconsistent with the data the Council provided to the journalist who wrote this article on 6 Nov 2019: https://theferret.scot/nursery-bills-par...

Please could the figures be reviewed as it is my understanding that since I received the FoI response above, that the number of applications has gone up from 19 to 22 as reported in The Ferret article.

If you are unable to review this request because I had already requested an internal review then please consider this a new FoI request although I feel it is only fair that it should be treated under the "Duty to provide advice and assistance" clause 16 of the 2002 FoISA (Scotland) Act.

Yours sincerely,

Patricia Anderson

Dear Ms Vance,

Thank you for the Council's FoI response of 19/12/19 (ref: 2130322 response 2), however, please could an internal review be conducted as this response only provides updated data for question 1a as well as a combined response total for questions 3a and 3b. My request of 4/11/19 (ref: 2130322. See email thread here: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...) asked for updated responses to all the original questions submitted in my FoI request of 18/7/19 (ref: 2036071. See email thread here: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/j...). I would therefore be grateful if the Council could provide all of the data requested.

Yours sincerely,

Patricia Anderson
