Dear Avon and Somerset Constabulary,
Please could you provide me with a list of unsolved murders which have taken place within the force area up to the 31/12/2012.
Please include for each case;
1. the name of the victim
2. the victims age
3. the date of offence
4. the location of offence
5. a brief description of the offence
6. Whether any arrests have ever been made in connection with the offence

concerning your freedom of information request.
Specifically you asked:

Your request for information has now been considered and I am not obliged
to supply the information. The exemption applicable to this information is
Section 21 – Information reasonably accessible by other means. This is an
absolute and class based exemption and as such does not require a harm and
public interest test.

In respect of Melanie Road this is no longer an unsolved murder.
