Unpaid fines & Bailiff companies

The request was successful.

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts Service,

Please can you tell me the total current amount outstanding in court fines and the amount of any fines that may have been written off within the past 5 years.

Could you also tell me how many private Bailiff companies are working on behalf of HMCTS, and the names of these companies. Please can you also tell me if these companies have a contract with HMCTS and when it expires. Please can you also provide a copy of any such contact.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

Yours faithfully,

Mark wild
