Dear Information Governance Service,

I would refer you to the following regarding HA's and the FOIA:
"The Housing Corporation requires housing associations to be accessible, accountable and transparent to residents and other stakeholders. The National Housing Federation Code of Governance states that associations should operate in an open and accountable manner by generally making information about their work available to their residents, local communities and other stakeholders."
And the web address below detailing why my request was fair and reasonable in accordance with the Act and why Orbit should respond in an open and accountable manner given the impact their actions have on tenants. The request is in accordance with the FOIA http://www.housingcorp.gov.uk/upload/pdf....
Yours sincerely,

Heidi Bottomley
