United Kingdom's Legal Definition of "Morals"

The request was refused by Supreme Court of the United Kingdom.

Dear Supreme Court of the United Kingdom,

I kindly request a document or documents (with specific signposting) that hold the following information:

1) Definition (with relevance today) of the United Kindom's "morals" vis a vis those that are protected to assure a democratic society (Article 10 paragraph 2 ECHR);

2) The exact content of legal requirements held to protect said "morals";

3) The exact content of “necessities” of a “restriction” or “penalty” intended to meet these requirements, and

4) The exact content defining the "margin of appreciation" relevant in this context.

5) How often (in what years) have these legal definitions been changed, since 1973, and who was/is responsible for making these changes?

6) If the responses to 1-5 above differ for the separate entities within the United Kingdom, to please respond to requests (above and below) for each of those distinct jurisdictions

Where the document(s) in question are publically available, may I then kindly request a link to relevant document(s) (with signposting) if one (or more) exists.

I would also kindly request the legal and professional opinions of the Honourable Supreme Court Judges, on the extent to which the current legal framework of "moral" protection is fair, equal and consistent across the whole of the United Kingdom.

Thanking you in advance for your attention with this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Christine Gibson
